Nav Durga Sadhana, observed during Navratri, honors one form of Maa Durga each night across nine nights. It is a sacred celebration of the Divine Feminine’s many manifestations, offering devotees strength, courage, and protection against fear, anger, and despair. By invoking Her presence, seekers are blessed with purification and solace in Her nurturing grace. Navratri symbolizes the union of human life with cosmic energy, inviting us to surrender to the embrace of Mother Divine and bask in the radiance of Her eternal blessings.

 

In this 30-minute session, together we will:Uncover the esoteric meaning of each Nav Durga's namLearn the deep significance of the three sacred mantras to be chanted in honour of each MaPrepare our hearts for jap and yagya, to invoke Her blessings and strength 

About the Mentor

Ankur Om is a devout Sadhak and Mantra Sadhana mentor at the Vedic Sadhana Foundation, having dedicated the last 8 years of his life to spiritual discipline, guided by the teachings of his Guru, Om Swami ji. An alumnus of Christ University, Bangalore, and coming from a family of pharmacists, Ankur is an accredited Hatha Yoga expert, trained in traditional asanas, pranayama, and yogic lifestyle practices. A committed upāsak of Maa Kali, Ankur has performed over 8,000 hours of deep meditation and mantra Sadhana. He was initiated into Kali Sadhana by his Guru, Om Swami ji.
