Uchhishtha Ganapati,one of the most esoteric and powerful forms of Sri Ganesh is revered as Kshipra Siddhi Dayaka, the quick bestower of all accomplishments. 

Sadhaks in tantric practices must first complete the Ucchishtha Ganapati Sadhana before undertaking any other tantra sadhana. 

This Ganesh Chaturthi (August 27) brings you the wonderful opportunity to invoke the blessings of Sri Ucchishtha Ganapati through his powerful sadhana on the Sadhana App.

Duration: 30 days

Dates : 27 August - 25 Sept. ‘25

Total Time Required: 40 min (approx.) every day 


How to do this Sadhana?

  • Tap on Gajakarna on 27th August. Select the "Sadhana" option, and click on "Ucchishtha Ganapati Sadhana."
  • Select a period of 30 days.
  • We recommend chanting a minimum of 3 rounds of the mantra once daily, which takes approx. 25 min. 
  • On the first day of sadhana, take a resolution declaring the purpose of your sadhana. An in-app prompt will guide you.

Points to Remember:

  • You don't need initiation, permission, or any other intervention to do the sadhana.
  • Anyone over the age of 12 can do the sadhana.
  • This sadhana is performed after sunset, once the Sadhak has had their evening meal. 
  • After having dinner, leave the last morsel on the plate.
  • Now, begin your sadhana without rinsing your mouth.
  • After the sadhana, keep the last morsel you had kept aside (on the balcony or terrace) for the consumption of little organisms.
  • Repeat these rules everyday during your sadhana.
  • Before doing sadhana, bathe and wear fresh clothes, preferably red. 
  • It is recommended to face the North-East during the sadhana.
  • Abstinence is not required.
  • Women can perform this sadhana even during menstruation.
  •  It is recommended to complete at least one Nav Durga Sadhana during Navratri time before doing this sadhana. 
  • A vegetarian diet is recommended. There is no restriction on the consumption of onions and garlic.
  •  In line with the Vedic tradition, set aside a small monetary offering or Dakshina daily. You can also choose to offer Dakshina at the beginning of your sadhana.
  • Being virtuous in your thoughts, words, and actions will strengthen your sadhana.
